Sales and Marketing Intern
ROLE
– Identify and generate potential leads through online and offline channels
– Assist in reaching out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
– Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
– Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients
– Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
– Capture customer testimonials and feedback
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis
– Support event planning, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities
– Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
– Research potential markets and business opportunities
– Collect customer feedback and prepare market insights
– Assist in identifying partnership opportunities
– Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
– Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or a related field
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of CRM tools
– Experience with Google Workspace, or marketing tools
– Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead generation techniques
