– Strong understanding of EV components such as motors, batteries, BMS, controllers, and wiring harnesses.
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
– Good communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
– Willingness to learn new technologies and attend regular training sessions.
– Preferred: Experience with multiple EV scooter brands.
– Preferred: Familiarity with lithium‑ion battery systems and safety handling.
– Preferred: Basic knowledge of IoT systems in electric vehicles.
– Preferred: Two‑wheeler driving license.
– Preferred: Own two‑wheeler for traveling to customer locations.
