ROLE
– Ensure Annex IV/AIFMD reports are produced to high quality and submitted on time
– Liaise with clients on data and reporting obligations
– Prepare draft reports for client review/sign off
– Generate reports in the required formats
– Submit reports to each relevant authority
– Maintain accurate records
– Support the production of all necessary reporting to regulatory authorities
– Prepare and ensure the accuracy of quarterly invoices
– Respond to client questions and requests in a professional and efficient manner
– Support the wider Regulatory Reporting Team
– Suggest areas for improvement or efficiencies to processes
– Build excellent working relationships with other team members and clients

REQUIREMENTS
– Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team
– Attention to detail
– Accurate time management
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Excellent presentation skills
– Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
– Understanding of XML files
– Flexible approach to work
– Ability to work on own initiative
– Confident manner and effective communication with clients and colleagues

Private Equity Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Role Location: India

Department: Regulatory Reporting Apex Depositary (UK) Limited

Employment Type: Permanent

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

As a Private Equity Regulatory Reporting Analyst your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Annex IV/AIFMD Reports are produced to a high quality and submitted on time. The team is also expanding to other types of regulatory reporting for Private Funds such as Form PF and the UKs FRAME. This will involve:

liaising with clients on data and reporting obligations
preparing draft reports for client review/sign off
generating the reports in the required formats
submitting reports to each relevant authority.

Additional responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records.  You are required to be a strong team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to deliver outstanding client service.

Support the production of all necessary reporting to the regulatory authorities
Prepare and ensure the accuracy of quarterly invoices
Respond to all client questions and requests in a professional and efficient manner
Support the wider Regulatory Reporting Team
Suggest areas for improvement or efficiencies to processes
Build excellent working relationships with other team members and clients

Skills Required:

Degree in Finance Accounting Business or a similar related field
1+ years’ experience in Banking or Finance Sector is an advantage but not required
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Attention to detail
Accurate time management
Work under pressure and deadlines
Excellent presentation skills
MS Office specifically Excel
An understanding of XML files
VBA and data base skills preferred but not mandatory
A flexible approach to work
An ability to work on own initiative
A confident manner and the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues effectively
