Role Overview: The TA Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and follow-ups, maintaining hiring data, managing candidate communication, and supporting campus and day-to-day hiring activities. The Role: Support the TA team in sourcing and screening candidates. Coordinate candidate calls, interviews and follow-ups. Maintain candidate trackers and update hiring data regularly. Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation and joining. Support campus and other hiring activities as required. Assist the TA team with day-to-day recruitment activities. What we are looking for: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate coordination and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers pursuing/recently completed graduation in HR, Management, BBA, B.Com or a related field can be considered.
