ROLE
– Determines the appropriate solutions to significant fire risks as per the assessments
– Incorporates the findings of fire risk assessments into Fire Safety Operations Manual or Fire Safety Management plan
– Identifies the educational needs of others, develops formal coaching or training programs, and trains others on implementing Fire Safety Measures
– Manages daily operations of Fire Safety centrally by assessing daily reporting
– Coordinates with other departments for initiating and completion of Fire Safety Projects on sites
– Presents the Fire Safety management performance to senior management
– Conducts Campus Evacuation Drills
– Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for all Fire Safety Related matters
– Maintains the Fire Safety performance parameters and ensures investigations of Fire Related incidents
– Provides End to End support to all stakeholders pertaining to fire safety matters
– Implements all updates/directions issued from state fire service
– Ensures Fire safety management plan is current and up to date
– Establishes and maintains effective liaison with the State fire service and other appropriate authorities responsible for Fire Safety functions
– Demonstrates leadership and utilizes interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
– Develops and builds teams by encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
– Implements controls to manage fire risk
– Exceeds customer satisfaction by providing services that are above and beyond
– Communicates with fire team, peers, and subordinates
– Ensures implementation of new initiatives/best practices to improve efficiency and enhance service levels across all sites
– Attends meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions
– Ensures timely submission of MIS and related reports to respective stakeholders
– Ensures timely response to mails, occupant concern resolution, and minute of meeting circulation
– Supports JLL emerging business by sharing leads of works taken up at the sites
– Demonstrates usage of training tools for self-development
– Inculcates the culture of appreciation
– Takes part and drives JLL initiatives
– Imbibe JLL culture and values
– Performs any other task/responsibility assigned by management

What this job involves

You will be responsible for Fire Safety of all the sites.  You will be accountable for ensuring that all services are as per client’s requirements. You would be managing the following:

In discussion with stakeholders he determines the appropriate solutions to significant fire risks as per the assessments.
He will be the part of fire risk assessment and will be responsible to incorporate the finding of the same in Fire Safety Operations Manual or Fire Safety Management plan.
Training and Teaching Others - Identifying the educational needs of others developing formal coaching or training programs or classes and training or instructing others required for implementing Fire Safety Measures.
Managing Daily Operations of Fire Safety centrally by assessing daily reporting - Managing day-to-day operations ensuring the quality standards and meeting the expectations of the management on a daily basis.
Coordinate with other departments for initiating and completion of Fire Safety Projects on sites.
Effectively presents the Fire Safety management performance to senior management.
Coordinates and conducts the Campus Evacuation Drills.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for all Fire Safety Related matters.

Attends meetings conferences workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio-visual materials to become and remain current on the principles practices and new developments.
Ensure timely submission of MIS and related report to respective stakeholder.
