– Coordinate audit activities across internal stakeholders and external auditors.

– Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments relevant to assurance and certification.

REQUIREMENTS
– Experience in Technology Risk, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related controls/governance role.
– Good understanding of assurance and certification frameworks including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001.
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing reports and audit evidence.
– Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
– Experience working in a large, global and hybrid organisation.
– Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
– Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or CRISC.

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented assurance professional to support the delivery of external assurance reports and certifications across D&A Post Trade and Capital Markets. This role will play a key part in coordinating audit activity managing stakeholder engagement tracking evidence requests supporting the successful completion of SOC and ISO audits.
Working closely with the Attestation and Certification Managers you will help ensure audit activity is well-managed stakeholders are informed and engaged findings are communicated and remediated effectively.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end delivery of SOC 1 SOC 2 ISAE 3000 ISO 27001 audits and certifications.
Coordinate audit activities across internal stakeholders and external auditors.
Track audit requests evidence submissions and due dates ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where required.
Review audit evidence for quality and completeness before submission.
Communicate audit findings and support stakeholders in the remediation of issues and control gaps.
Provide regular status reporting on audit progress risks and next steps.
Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments relevant to assurance and certification.

Skills and experience

Experience in Technology Risk Information Security Cyber Security or a related controls/governance role.
