REQUIREMENTS
– 11 to 18 years of relevant work experience.
– Capability to execute EPC, EPCM, supply & supervision of projects.
– Experience in budget planning and site planning.
– Knowledge of contract management, claim management, and change orders.
– Strong and impactful communication skills.
– Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
– Good analytical skills.
– Proven ability to handle projects of varying complexity.
– Knowledge of site statutory compliance requirements.

Job Description Group Company: Praj Industries Limited Designation: Deputy General Manager_WTCN Office Location: Pune/ Site based Position description: Mobilize, start, plan, organize, lead, and control projects, ensuring efficient and effective completion by maintaining cost, quality, and timely delivery to meet customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Manage construction projects, handle customer interactions, and utilize planning tools such as MS Projects and AutoCAD. 2. Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to monitor installation progress, manage client billing, invoicing, and collections, and handle contractual communications. 3. Act proactively to develop client relationships and demonstrate hands-on experience with SAP and field execution in civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical & instrumentation (E&I) works. 4. Lead and motivate the team to meet project deadlines and develop reporting engineers. 5. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution. 6. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth installation processes. 7. Create schedules, plans, check Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and identify materials to ensure timely completion of installation works. Additional Responsibilities: 1.
