ROLE
– Interact with stakeholders
– Expedite and monitor project work progress
– Ensure the timely delivery of projects
– Utilize experience and knowledge of ETP, WTP, RO plants and ZLD
– Apply process and commissioning knowledge to enhance plant operations
– Understand technical issues, take appropriate actions, or escalate unresolved points to the Project Manager in a timely manner
– Prepare Billing breakup and Planning & scheduling tasks, tracking progress, submission of MPR
– Participate in company events like sports, PSR activities voluntarily
– Contribute for Internal Audit of company
– Support in ZeroD tracking

REQUIREMENTS
– Field specialization: Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, E&I
– Degree: B.E.
– Years of experience: 3 to 10 years
– Technical capabilities: execute EPC, EPCM, supply & supervision of projects
– Budget Planning
– Contract Management
– Claim Management and Change order
– Process Knowledge of WTP, WWTP, ETP and ZLD
– Behavioral competencies: Proactive, Collaborative approach, Positive Attitude, Learning Agility, Punctual, Confident, Multitasking, Transparent
– Knowledge & Skills: SAP, Primavera, MSP software operations, Clear and transparent communication skills, Understanding issue and escalating timely for getting it resolved, Quick learner and agile, Presentation and charting skills
