ROLE
– Conduct technical research on solar products, equipment and systems.
– Study and apply relevant IEC and IS standards applicable to solar projects.
– Understand and apply applicable solar policies and MNRE guidelines for Goa and neighboring states.
– Maintain and update design databases, CRM and project trackers.
– Monitor RMS platforms, including performance analysis and generation comparison.
– Coordinate with the Procurement team and vendors on technical requirements and product-related communication.
– Work closely with the Design Manager on process improvement initiatives and project management activities.
– Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure design requirements are clearly communicated and projects progress as per technical requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable, or Energy Engineering.
– Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is a plus.
– Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools preferred.
– Good learning attitude and problem‑solving skills.
– Ability to work in a team and communicate well.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare array layouts, equipment layouts and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for solar projects.
Carry out system sizing calculations and prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Conduct technical research on solar products, equipment and systems.
Study and apply relevant IEC and IS standards applicable to solar projects.
Understand and apply applicable solar policies and MNRE guidelines for Goa and neighboring states.
Maintain and update design databases, CRM and project trackers.
Monitor RMS platforms, including performance analysis and generation comparison.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable, or Energy Engineering.
Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience).
Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is a plus.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools preferred.
Good learning attitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and communicate well.
