ROLE
– Conduct feedback calls with customers after service completion
– Handle regular service reminder and follow-up calls
– Schedule and coordinate service appointments, if required
– Address customer queries and escalate service-related issues to the concerned team
– Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and feedback reports in Excel
– Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely customer communication
– Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication
– Complete daily calling targets and maintain quality standards

REQUIREMENTS
– 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Centre
– Experience in the automobile or service industry will be an added advantage
– Basic understanding of English
– Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word
– Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain records and work in a team
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
