REQUIREMENTS
– 1–2 years of experience in operations, compliance, sustainability, HSE support, or a related analytical role
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with data and reports
– Experience managing documentation, records, and process-related information
– Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders
– Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and other business systems
– Exposure to Sustainability, ESG, Health & Safety, Risk, or Compliance programs
– Experience in a global shared services or consulting environment
– Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
– Experience with automation or AI-enabled productivity tools

Why this role matters?

As a Health & Safety & Sustainability Associate you will support ERM’s global delivery by maintaining accurate systems managing and validating safety and sustainability related data supporting training and risk management processes and ensuring information is current reliable and fit for decision making reporting and escalation. You will work within ERM’s Health & Safety and Sustainability & Foundation functional teams with additional support to Partners Managers and staff as needed to provide operational data and administrative. This role is critical to ERM Health & Safety and Sustainability Team.
