ROLE
– Act as revenue controller for international entities across UAE, Thailand, KSA, Bahrain, and future geographies.
– Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
– Review EPC, O&M, Open Access, and renewable energy contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition methodologies.
– Monitor project profitability, cost‑to‑completion estimates, revenue accruals, and billing milestones.
– Ensure timely revenue booking, invoicing, collections tracking, and reconciliation of revenue accounts.
– Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks through robust controls and process reviews.

Act as the revenue controller for international entities across UAE, Thailand, KSA, Bahrain, and future geographies. | Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. | Review EPC, O&M, Open Access, and renewable energy contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition methodologies. | Drive accounting under the Percentage Completion Method (PCM) and other applicable revenue recognition frameworks. | Monitor project profitability, cost-to-completion estimates, revenue accruals, and billing milestones. | Ensure timely revenue booking, invoicing, collections tracking, and reconciliation of revenue accounts. | Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks through robust controls and process reviews. | Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for international entities. | Ensure completion of audits, reviews, and financial reporting within prescribed timelines. | Prepare revenue MIS, variance analysis, project-wise profitability reports, and management dashboards. | Support leadership with financial insights and business performance analysis. | Oversee day-to-day accounting activities in SAP and resolve accounting-related issues. | Ensure compliance with IFRS, Ind AS, local statutory requirements, and group accounting policies. | Coordinate with statutory auditors and address audit observations related to revenue and financial reporting. | Ensure implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls across international entities. | Review revenue-related tax implications and ensure compliance with VAT, GST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and transfer pricing requirements. | Support corporate tax planning and compliance activities for international entities, particularly UAE and Thailand. | Ensure compliance with Related Party Transactions (RPT), Companies Act, transfer pricing regulations, and other regulatory requirements. | Partner with business leaders to improve project cash flows, billing efficiency, and collection cycles. | Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management through effective revenue planning. | Coordinate with Project Finance and Treasury teams for debt servicing, fund deployment, and financial planning. | Act as a trusted finance partner to CEOs and business leaders for commercial and revenue-related decisions. | Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all international revenue accounting and reporting matters. | Collaborate with business, project execution, tax, treasury, and finance teams across geographies. | Drive standardization and harmonization of revenue accounting processes across entities. | Mentor and develop finance team members across international locations. | Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. | Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, EPC accounting, and Percentage Completion Method (PCM). | Experience in international accounting and financial reporting. | Expertise in SAP and advanced MS Excel. | Strong knowledge of financial controls, audits, and compliance frameworks. | Experience in handling multi-country operations and cross-border transactions. | Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills. | Exposure to renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or project-based businesses. | Knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and international tax regulations. | Experience with Power BI, financial automation, and AI-enabled reporting tools. | Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or M365 AI solutions.
