ROLE
– Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for store operations.
– Analyze inventory, stock movement, material consumption, and stock ageing reports.
– Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, and stock transfer transactions.
– Perform data reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
– Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
– Generate insights to support inventory planning and operational decision-making.
– Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy.
– Assist in maintaining inventory documentation and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
– Basic understanding of: Supply Chain Management Inventory Management Store Operations Material Planning Stock Reconciliation
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Hands-on exposure to store and supply chain operations.
– Practical experience in inventory analytics and MIS reporting.
