– Gather and document business and user requirements for WMS, TMS, and other supply chain products.
– Convert business requirements into clear product requirements and user flows.
– Coordinate with developers to explain requirements and track development progress.
– Test new features before release and identify functional issues or gaps.
– Work with business users during product rollout and implementation.
– Drive adoption of WMS, TMS, and other digital tools across operational teams.

– Support Product Managers in managing product backlogs, documentation, and ongoing projects.
REQUIREMENTS

– Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
– Good communication skills and ability to interact with business users and developers.
– Ability to understand business processes and convert them into structured requirements.
– Basic understanding of software products and the software development lifecycle.
– Good working knowledge of Excel and presentation tools.
– Willingness to learn and work closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.
– Strong ownership and attention to detail.

– Basic understanding of warehouse management, transportation, logistics, or supply chain processes.
