Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, warehouse, plant, transport partners) to ensure smooth execution. | Track end-to-end vehicle movement: pickup point → warehouse → plant, and ensure timely updates and issue resolution. | Monitor warehouse stock movement, including inward, storage, and outward material flow. | Maintain daily operational data in Excel and prepare basic dashboards/reports for tracking performance. | Identify gaps or delays in movement and proactively highlight to relevant stakeholders. | Support the team in process adherence and continuous improvement of operations. | Strong coordination and communication skills for working across multiple teams. | Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, simple formulas, reporting) and basic dashboarding ability. | Clear understanding of vehicle movement, logistics flow, and operational tracking. | Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock movement processes. | High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks. | 0–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or related roles. | Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. | Willingness to work closely with field teams, warehouse, and plant operations.
