ROLE
– Identify and generate potential leads through online and offline channels.
– Assist in reaching out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
– Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
– Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.
– Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
– Capture customer testimonials and feedback.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
– Support event planning, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities.
– Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
– Research potential markets and business opportunities.
– Collect customer feedback and prepare market insights.
– Assist in identifying partnership opportunities.
– Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
– Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor, Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of CRM tools.
– Experience with Google Workspace, or marketing tools.
– Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead generation techniques.
