Senior Executive
ROLE
– Manage and monitor the complete accounts receivable process to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
– Generate and issue accurate customer invoices and account statements.
– Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and other channels for pending payments.
– Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
– Track aging reports, monitor overdue accounts, and escalate issues to management as needed.
– Coordinate closely with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve client queries.
– Support month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
– Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and statutory compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and accounting principles.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle client interactions.
– High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
– Experience managing large transaction volumes and enterprise-level clients.
– Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance related to receivables.
– Prior experience in AP functions within renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
