– Design mechanical cabinets, electrical components, part assemblies, and systems, including harness routing, using CAD tools such as Siemens NX and SolidWorks, applying GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
– Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stack‑up analysis, material selection, and design validation to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
– Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and project teams to support product development, production readiness, and technical issue resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
– Proficiency in CAD modelling with Siemens NX and SolidWorks.
– Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
– Experience in product design and development, including harness routing.
– Ability to perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
– Familiarity with manufacturing processes and material engineering.
– Experience preparing BOMs and technical documentation.
– Capability to support prototype development, testing, and product lifecycle management.
– Ability to work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and project teams.

Responsibilities & Skills:

Hands-on experience in DFMEA/PFMEA, DFx, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective
action.
Prepare BOMs, technical documentation and support prototype development,
testing and product lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with quality
and safety standards.
