BREEAM In-Use certification lead for two large-scale shopping mall assets operated by a major Turkish REIT, delivered as part of the REIT’s portfolio-wide ESG and sustainability strategy.
- BREEAM In-Use International v6 assessment evidence coordination across 32 credit categories
- Energy and water performance audits, operational sustainability assessments
- Waste management program design and sustainable procurement practice alignment
- HVAC and lighting upgrade coordination, rainwater management strategy
- Portfolio benchmarking framework aligning operational KPIs with corporate ESG targets
- Documentation, submission, and assessor interface management
Outcome: Both assets achieved BREEAM In-Use Excellent – placing them among the top tier for sustainable retail operations in Türkiye.
