- LEED v4 BD+C NC scorecard strategy, credit coordination, and documentation across both terminals
- Integration of high-performance envelope design, rooftop PV systems, and ASHRAE 90.1-2010 compliant HVAC and lighting systems
- Life Cycle Assessment using One Click LCA, supporting embodied carbon reduction strategy
- Low-flow fixture specification and drought-tolerant landscaping design, achieving over 40% potable water savings
- IAQ strategy aligned with ASHRAE 62.1-2010, EPD-certified material sourcing, construction waste recycling protocols, and EV charging infrastructure planning
- GBCI submission management and reviewer response coordination
