LEED certification lead for a mission-critical data center for a major Turkish bank, recognized as one of the most advanced data center facilities in the region at the time of delivery.

  • Full LEED v4 BD+C: Data Centers scorecard strategy and certification management from Design through Construction
  • Coordination of HVAC, lighting, and automation system selection against ASHRAE 90.1-2010 energy optimization requirements
  • Rainwater harvesting and condensate recovery system design coordination – achieving over 50% total water savings
  • Materials sourcing review, low-emitting materials verification, and IAQ Management Plan oversight during construction
  • GBCI submission preparation, reviewer comment resolution, and certification close-out

Outcome:

Gold certification achieved – the first LEED v4 Data Centers certification awarded in Türkiye.
