About Ayse

I’m an architect and sustainability consultant based in Istanbul. LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador. Nearly a decade delivering green building certification and technical sustainability work across 40+ international projects in Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. federal program, airports, data centers, flagship retail, corporate HQs.

My core expertise is LEED (v4 / v4.1 / v5), where I’ve led end-to-end certification processes across the full range of BD+C, ID+C, and O+M rating systems. On the BREEAM side, I’ve delivered consultancy work on both New Construction and In-Use International projects across retail and office assets; scorecard development, credit coordination, technical documentation, and assessor support. I hold WELL AP and Fitwel Ambassador credentials and support these scopes within integrated certification engagements, with growing project experience in both. My technical work also spans Life Cycle Assessment (One Click LCA) and embodied carbon.

I run an independent practice supported by a trusted network of specialist consultants, allowing me to assemble the right team for each project and deliver full-scope services with the right technical depth at every stage.

Beyond certification, I’m a Climate Fresk facilitator and permaculture designer; bringing a systems lens to how buildings, people, and operations actually connect.
