The challenge
The company aimed to move from disclosure-focused activity toward a comprehensive sustainability strategy and transformation program.
What was done
Co-created the ESG roadmap, drafted the biodiversity policy, and aligned reporting with CDP, DJSI, MSCI, Sustainalytics, and GRI frameworks. Served as Deputy Project Manager for the ESG workstream and developed the blueprint for a sustainability microsite.
The impact
The work strengthened strategic direction, improved transparency, and helped embed sustainability across internal functions and external communications.
