ROLE
– Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives and market opportunities in the solar energy sector.
– Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales representatives, ensuring performance excellence through coaching, goal setting, and regular feedback.
– Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial and industrial B2B prospects, focusing on solar PV system installations for businesses, manufacturing facilities, and institutional clients.
– Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts, including facility managers, sustainability officers, and procurement teams.
– Collaborate with technical and project development teams to deliver customized solar solutions that meet client energy needs and financial objectives.
– Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine sales approaches and improve win rates.
– Prepare and present detailed proposals, financial models, and ROI analyses to support client decision-making.
– Track and report on sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and KPIs using CRM platforms to ensure transparency and data-driven planning.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the sales and project handoff process.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multi-stakeholder decision-making and long-term contracts.
– Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
– Experience in team leadership and performance management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
– Familiarity with sustainability metrics and ESG reporting is a plus.
