ROLE
– Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
– Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of sales representatives focused on channel and distribution sales performance.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, resellers, and channel partners to expand market reach.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market initiatives with distribution channel needs.
– Conduct regular field visits to assess channel partner performance, provide training, and ensure brand consistency.
– Identify and pursue new distribution partnerships and market expansion opportunities within the assigned region.
– Ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service excellence across the distribution network.
– Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to senior leadership.
– Drive adoption of new products and technologies through targeted channel enablement and sales training programs.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years focused on channel or distribution sales within the renewable energy, solar, or related industries.
– Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue in competitive markets.
– Strong understanding of solar energy systems, product lifecycle, and distribution models.
– Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams and partner ecosystems.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
– Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region to support field operations and partner engagements.
– Knowledge of regulatory and incentive frameworks related to solar energy adoption is a plus.
– Experience with incentive programs, channel partner management, and territory planning.
