ROLE
– Monitor daily output and ensure production targets are achieved.
– Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
– Verify finished solar panels before dispatch.
– Maintain daily production, rejection, and dispatch reports.
– Ensure proper handling, packing, and storage of finished goods.
– Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work efficiently.
– Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, and safety guidelines.
– Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment issues affecting production.
– Reduce rework and improve productivity through continuous monitoring.
– Report production issues and recommend corrective actions.

REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
– Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
